Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday). If we are unable to fulfill your order within this timeframe, we will send you an email notification. Customer satisfaction remains our highest priority!

 

How is shipping calculated?
We offer shipping through both UPS and USPS, and you can choose your preferred carrier at checkout. Shipping fees are based on the weight of your order and the destination address. We rely on the standard published rates from UPS and USPS. Please be aware that pepper sprays can only be shipped via ground, and we cannot ship pepper sprays or stun guns outside of the country.

 

How long does delivery take?
Our goal is to ship your order on the same day it is received. Most packages are shipped via UPS to ensure better tracking and timely delivery.
