Our top priority is making you a satisfied, repeat customer! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, feel free to return any item you’re not thrilled about. To initiate a return, please call us at 1-800-859-5566 to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
All RMA requests must be made within 90 days of delivery.
Returns within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Please note, refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable.
If your item arrives in brand-new, unused condition, we will refund 100% of the purchase price.
Damaged Items During Shipping
Any damage caused during shipping must be reported within 7 days of receipt, as claims are filed with the carrier. We will assist with the claim process and arrange to send a replacement. Contact us at 1-800-859-5566 to report shipping damages.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, contact us to arrange a replacement. Requests must be made via email at help@escapeunharmed.com or by phone at 1-800-859-5566 to secure an RMA. The defective item must be returned before a replacement is shipped.
Returns for Defective Items We No Longer Want
If you want to return a defective item you no longer wish to keep, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price. All such returns require an RMA number, obtained by contacting us via email or phone. Refunds are processed once we receive the item.
Warranty Information
We offer a limited warranty on all products. Some items, like pepper spray, have longer manufacturer warranties or warranties limited by expiration dates. Unless specified otherwise, GSI will repair or replace defective products with new or rebuilt parts within 90 days of purchase, shipped to us in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused in transit, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modifications, or commercial use, nor damage from acts of God.
Limits and Exclusions
No other warranties are provided beyond those listed. GSI is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use or breach of warranty. Some states may not allow limitations on damages or implied warranties, so these limits might not apply to you.

All returned items must be in their original packaging with all components in good working order. Items not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
