I was online a while back and saw a funny story. The headline read “Woman Asks Attacker for 30 More Seconds To Dig Pepper Spray Out Of Bag.” It was a humor piece – on a satirical website, but the issue raised is very real. What would happen to you if you were suddenly confronted by a bad guy? Would you be prepared to defend yourself?
